When you provide your phone number to us through our contact forms or during onboarding, you are providing express written consent to receive communications from Silver Otter Systems via text message (SMS).

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project status. You may receive updates about your data analysis, onboarding steps, or campaign performance.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or number you received the message from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at tyler@silverottersystems.com.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

As a core part of our service, we analyze customer lists exported from CRM systems (such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or QuickBooks). We handle this data with strict confidentiality:

• We only use your exported data to perform the analysis and outreach campaigns you hire us to execute.
• We do not sell, rent, or lease your customer data or our client lists to third parties under any circumstances.
• Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
• Data files are stored securely and are deleted upon termination of our working relationship.
