Hi, I'm Tyler.

I'm Tyler Shafer, a licensed Professional Engineer with over 10 years of engineering and construction project experience, based right here in Arab, Alabama.

Too many business owners spend their nights stressing over the parts of the business they never signed up for: the paperwork, the follow-ups, the chasing. I started Silver Otter Systems to change that. Why an otter?

Sea otters are one of the few animals that use tools. Floating calmly on their backs, they hold a stone on their chest and use it to get work done that would be impossible with paws alone.
